Shipping
We process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Domestic (US) Shipping
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return
How to Return
Email us at cs@gorluxe.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
